This policy explains what information StakeSpade ("we," "us") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. In short: we collect very little, and we never sell it.
StakeSpade is operated by Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as StakeSpade ("StakeSpade," "we"). Our sister brands are other businesses operated by Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC, the company that runs StakeSpade. Mailing address: 1740 Old Fort Parkway #1103, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
We use this information to deliver the alerts and emails you signed up for, run your account and billing, answer your questions, prevent fraud and abuse (for example scraping and shared logins), keep the service running, and meet our legal obligations.
We use your signup information to provide StakeSpade and send you account and alert emails. We may use your phone number to contact you personally about your account; StakeSpade is one of several businesses and brands operated by Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC (the same company, not a separate one). Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC and its family of businesses and brands may use your company and contact information to email you about their products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Your choices). We don't use your phone number for marketing, automated calls or texts.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because StakeSpade and our other brands are all part of Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC, using your information across those brands is not sharing with a third party. Outside Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC, we share it only (1) with service providers that help us run our services (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and our email delivery provider), which may use it only to provide services to us; (2) when the law requires, or to protect our rights or someone's safety; and (3) with a buyer or successor if a business is sold or reorganized, who must honor this policy.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email or by emailing privacy@stakespade.com. An unsubscribe applies to marketing from StakeSpade and all of our sister brands. Unsubscribing doesn't affect your StakeSpade account.
Every marketing email from StakeSpade or any Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC brand identifies us as the sender, includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. An unsubscribe from any brand stops marketing email from all Rae Ridge Holdings, LLC brands. The free trial is delivered by daily email; afterwards free users get a daily teaser and the weekly preview. Unsubscribing stops all of those free emails. Paid subscribers who stop the alert emails remain subscribed until they cancel. We may still send necessary account and billing messages, such as receipts. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribed email addresses indefinitely so we can honor your request.
We keep your account information while you have an account and for up to 12 months after you cancel or unsubscribe, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. Server logs are kept only briefly, according to Cloudflare's standard retention.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it. Email privacy@stakespade.com from the address on your account. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights. We offer these choices to all users voluntarily, whether or not a privacy law requires it. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it.
The permits and bids in our alerts come from public government records. We withhold the names of private individuals and show only business and contractor names. If you think a record about you shouldn't appear, email support@stakespade.com and we'll review it.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
StakeSpade is a business service and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
When we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll email account holders.
