Refund & Cancellation Policy

These StakeSpade policies are part of our Terms of Service.

We want you to stay because StakeSpade earns its keep, not because cancelling is hard.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a paid plan at any time, from your account or by emailing support@stakespade.com. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• First charge, 7-day window. If you're not happy within 7 days of your first payment for a new subscription, email support@stakespade.com and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first monthly or yearly payment only.
• No partial-period refunds otherwise. Apart from that window, we don't refund partial months or years, or renewals you didn't cancel in time. You keep access through the end of the period instead.
• Our mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged after you cancelled, or if we close your account for no fault of yours, we'll fix it and refund what's owed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free trial and weekly preview

Free 7-day trial: your full trade + metro list emailed daily. After that, a free daily teaser of new permits and bids in your state plus the weekly "What's at Stake?" preview. All of these are free, so there's nothing to refund. Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
